Currently responsible for calling clients to renew their home insurance policies and re-brokes using panel providers. Makes outbound calls and updates spreadsheets. Is responsible for handing complaints. Meets and exceeds KPI's and meets and exceeds monthly targets as part of a team. Maintains confidentiality and adheres to data protection whilst dealing with the public. Cross-sells other products and services. Takes part and implements in-house training.
