Our client is looking to appoint a Head of Field Operations for its national Subsidence Division.  You will have four direct reports assisting you in the management of a home-based team of subsidence project managers, who principally handle domestic subsidence losses.  You will be given autonomous responsibility to implement whatever changes you deem appropriate in improving the management and efficiency of a challenging environment.  This is a crucial appointment as our client looks to maintain its market-leading position.

Applicant Requirements

Candidates must essentially have a wealth of experience within the project managed subsidence field, together with some previous management experience, although you do not necessarily need to have worked at a national level.  The position is particularly suited to someone who is frustrated through lack of opportunity in their current company.  Professional qualifications through MRICS/MCIOB/MICE/MIStructE are absolutely essential.  Basic salary in excess of £70,000 plus bonus, company car, pension, private medical care and 25 days holiday.
