UK Liability Division seeks a Business Development Director to take on a new role dedicated entirely to this Division. You will concentrate on developing new business with insurers, brokers, Lloyd's and London Market connections for the full range of liability risks across EL, PL and products liability. The position is likely to suit an individual with experience of working in and around the London Market. You will report to the Managing Director of Liability and be allowed to work with a high degree of autonomy.

Applicant Requirements

Suitable candidates are likely to have worked within client relationships, but this role is specifically about developing new business, not about managing existing, so you should have a fearless and bold approach to business development activity. A background in liability is by no means essential, although it would obviously help. Connections within the Lloyd's and London Markets would definitely be advantageous. Basic salary to £70-75.000 plus car/allowance, performance related bonus, pension and 25 days holiday.
